This policy explains how White Noise handles user data.
White Noise does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app does not use analytics, advertising, user accounts, location tracking, or third-party tracking SDKs.
The app stores settings locally on the device so that the app can work as expected. This may include volume levels, theme preference, and saved custom noise presets. This data stays on the device and is not sent to the developer or any third party.
If the user selects a local audio file, Android grants the app read access to that selected file so the app can play it. The file is used only on the device for playback. It is not uploaded, transmitted, or shared.
White Noise does not share user data with the developer, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties.
Local app settings and saved presets remain on the device until the user changes them, deletes saved presets, clears the app storage, or uninstalls the app. The app does not maintain a server-side account or server-side data store.
White Noise is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Privacy inquiries can be sent through the developer contact email listed for White Noise on Google Play.
